Production Process Flow

We adopt high-density, eco-friendly EVA raw materials with stable toughness and waterproof performance. All materials are inspected for thickness, hardness and flatness before entering production to avoid defective products.

According to client requirements, we confirm surface texture, color matching, thickness, size, logo position and cutting style. Professional technical support is provided for personalized OEM and ODM designs.

The EVA sheets are processed by professional embossing equipment to form different anti-slip grain structures, including brushed, dot, diamond, crocodile and hexagonal textures, ensuring clear and uniform surface details.

We perform accurate CNC shaping cutting and laser logo engraving according to custom drawings. This procedure guarantees neat edges, precise dimensions and customized appearances for different marine, RV and outdoor products.

Each batch of products is fully inspected for color difference, flatness, texture uniformity and cutting accuracy. We also test water resistance, flexibility and surface friction to ensure stable outdoor and marine durability.

Finished products are cleaned, sorted and packed independently with protective packaging. Standard packaging or custom branded packaging is available. Goods are well prepared before shipment to support stable and fast delivery for small-batch orders.
