Custom EVA Marine Decking
Our custom EVA marine decking is manufactured with high-density closed-cell EVA, providing a practical surface solution for yachts, jet skis, fishing boats, runabouts and other marine applications. Depending on the project, customers can specify different colors, thicknesses, surface textures, patterns and dimensions.
1:1 Scanning & CNC-CUT
Precision is also essential when working with complex deck layouts. HZ Shark uses 1:1 scanning and CNC-CUT technology to convert deck dimensions into accurately shaped components, helping achieve a closer fit and cleaner installation. Custom logos, model-specific layouts and decorative patterns can also be integrated into the design.
Quality Control & Flexibility
Flexibility continues throughout the production process. Material preparation, surface processing, precision cutting and final inspection are coordinated to maintain dimensional accuracy and product consistency.
