The process begins with carefully selected high-density, closed-cell EVA materials. During production, key parameters are controlled to maintain consistent thickness, texture, and surface quality. CNC-CUT technology is then used to process custom patterns and deck layouts with precise dimensions, supporting accurate fitting across different hull and deck configurations.

Quality Assurance

Quality inspection continues throughout production, from incoming materials to finished products. Dimensional accuracy, surface appearance, cutting precision, and overall consistency are checked before packaging and shipment.
