Explore our custom-engineered marine and overland flooring systems built to withstand extreme mechanical wear, UV radiation, and moisture exposure.
The global market for recreational surface protection is undergoing a rapid technological evolution. Originally developed to withstand the unforgiving environments of offshore saltwater marine applications, high-density ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) and polyethylene (PE) blended foam sheetings have transitioned into the premier choice for RV, camper, and overland vehicle floor protection. This industrial crossover is driven by the unique physical demands shared by both marine vessels and recreational vehicles: exposure to extreme temperature shifts, constant moisture, abrasive sand, mud, and the need for structural shock absorption.
Commercial fleet operators, boat builders, and custom RV upfitters are increasingly moving away from traditional materials such as vinyl, carpet, and wood laminates. Traditional carpet harbors moisture, leading to mold, mildew, and subfloor rot in both boat hulls and camper cabins. Hardwood and vinyl laminates, while visually appealing, fail to provide adequate thermal insulation, slip resistance, or acoustic dampening, and are prone to cracking under structural torsion during off-road travel or rough sea navigation. Modern EVA/PE marine flooring solves these pain points by offering a completely closed-cell structure that is 100% impervious to water, oil, and organic contaminants.
Our engineered EVA/PE product portfolio is optimized for diverse high-friction, high-exposure environments across marine and automotive platforms.
Multi-scene EVA mats for RV and outdoor recreation use, including RV step pads, caravan partial floor mats, golf cart foot mats and outdoor hot tub surrounding mats. The cushioning foam delivers comfortable foot feel, while outstanding weather resistance adapts to long-term outdoor exposure. Flexible small trial orders are available for RV suppliers, golf cart dealers and outdoor lifestyle retailers.
Our marine-grade EVA mats are specially developed for all types of boats, including yachts, speedboats, fishing boats and jet skis. Covering full deck paving, helm console pads, boat side fender bumpers and cockpit foot mats, the high-friction EVA material avoids slipping on wet decks. It resists seawater corrosion, high temperature and long-term sun exposure, maintaining stable service life in all marine environments. Ideal for shipyards, marine accessory shops and boat gear retailers.
Professional surf traction pads made of high-density closed-cell EVA foam. With adjustable grain texture and customized cutting outlines, the pads deliver strong grip for surfboards, paddle boards and wakeboards. Soft yet tough, they won’t fall off after long-time soaking in seawater. We provide small-batch OEM & ODM services for water sports gear brands and outdoor leisure distributors.
Dedicated anti-slip top mats for fishing coolers, tackle boxes and fishing accessories. The textured EVA surface stops fishing rods, lures and gear from sliding during boating. Waterproof and stain-resistant, it’s easy to clean after fishing trips. We offer custom sizing, engraved fish rulers and brand logo printing, perfectly catering to fishing supply stores and outdoor fishing equipment sellers.

To understand why marine-grade EVA/PE foam is the optimal choice for camper floor protection and boat decks, one must look at the molecular structure. Unlike open-cell foam or fibrous carpets, closed-cell structures trap microscopic gas bubbles within a cross-linked polymer matrix. This prevents any liquid penetration, making the material inherently waterproof, stain-resistant, and immune to biological degradation such as mold growth.
We provide end-to-end OEM and ODM manufacturing services, utilizing advanced CNC routers and laser engraving systems to deliver tailored flooring kits.
Using state-of-the-art 3D laser scanners and digitizing tablets, we translate complex physical spaces—from curved yacht swim platforms to multi-tiered RV step wells—into precise CAD files. This guarantees a perfect edge-to-edge fit, minimizing waste and installation labor.
All of our marine and camper flooring products feature premium pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA), primarily sourced from 3M. This ensures a permanent, peel-resistant bond to gelcoat, aluminum, fiberglass, and sealed wood substrates, even under extreme shear stress and water immersion.
The next generation of protective flooring focuses on ecological responsibility, smart textures, and enhanced wear resistance.
As global environmental standards tighten, the marine and outdoor recreation industries are shifting toward sustainable manufacturing processes. The development of bio-based EVA and recyclable thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) is at the forefront of this movement. These materials reduce reliance on fossil fuels while maintaining the strict performance metrics required of marine-grade products: salt spray resistance, chemical inertness, and mechanical durability.
Furthermore, smart surface textures are emerging. Advanced micro-textures are being engineered to enhance wet grip dynamics. When water film covers the surface, these micro-channels redirect the liquid away from contact points, drastically reducing hydroplaning risks on boat decks and camper entry steps. This is a critical safety upgrade for families, commercial crews, and elderly travelers navigating wet steps or rocking boat decks.
Maximize the lifespan of your marine flooring and camper floor protection with proper surface prep and simple maintenance routines.
The substrate must be completely clean, dry, and free of oil, wax, dust, or mold-release agents. We recommend wiping the area down with acetone or isopropyl alcohol (IPA) before peeling the backing paper to ensure optimal adhesion.
Align the custom-cut pad onto the target area before removing the adhesive liner. Slowly peel back the liner from one edge while applying firm, even pressure using a rubber roller to eliminate air bubbles and ensure full surface contact.
Clean the surface with mild soap, warm water, and a medium-stiffness deck brush. For stubborn stains like fish blood, oil, or food spills, use a specialized marine vinyl/foam cleaner. Avoid using acid-based cleaners or high-pressure washers closer than 12 inches to the edges.
