Designed for yacht deck renewal, our custom pre-cut EVA anti-slip mat combines superior anti-slip performance and outstanding marine adaptability. High-density EVA foam acts as the core material, which is non-toxic, eco-friendly and resistant to seawater, moisture and chemical corrosion, suitable for all-day use on yachts. The 6mm mainstream thickness provides great shock absorption and wear resistance, and customized thickness is acceptable. A wealth of surface textures are optional to enrich the deck style, and diverse color schemes including solid color and two-tone splicing can meet personalized demands. After precise boat scanning and segmented cutting, the mat can closely attach to yacht decks, swim platforms and cockpits, easy to clean and install for daily yacht use.

Standard Installation Requirements
1. Pre-Installation: Strip oil stains and wax layers off yacht deck, fully dehydrate substrate, conduct dry fitting matching test before formal mat bonding.2. Environment Control: Keep construction temperature between 15°C and 35°C to maximize glue durability for long offshore yacht navigation.3. Pasting Operation: Gradually detach protective film and compact every mat segment uniformly. Operate slowly on curved yacht swim platforms to prevent EVA warping, wait for complete natural solidification.4. Forbidden Surfaces: Damp, mildew-stained and loose yacht deck surfaces are unqualified for mat laying. -
Usage Rules & Restrictions
1. Prohibited Operations: Long-term seawater immersion will weaken mat anti-slip performance. Isolate yacht EVA mats from strong corrosive chemicals, guard against piercing by yacht mooring hardware.2. Usage Scope: Custom yacht EVA mat only works for cockpit and swim platform anti-slip decoration, without load capacity, installation on hull bearing parts is totally banned.
