Standard Installation Requirements

1. Pre-Installation: Clean kayak surfaces thoroughly, remove dust and oil residue, keep the bonding area dry, and test pad positioning before final attachment.

2. Environment Control: Maintain installation temperatures between 15°C–35°C to achieve optimal adhesive activation and long-term attachment.

3. Pasting Operation:Remove backing film slowly and press the pad firmly onto the kayak surface. Allow adhesive curing time before water use.

4. Forbidden Surfaces: Avoid applying pads on damp, dirty, cracked or unstable kayak surfaces.
Usage Rules & Restrictions

1. Prohibited Operations: Keep EVA pads away from sharp tools, fuel, solvents and abrasive objects that may damage the surface texture.

2. Usage Scope: Kayak EVA deck pads are designed for improved grip and comfort only, not for reinforcing kayak structures or supporting excessive loads.
