Standard Installation Requirements
1. Pre-Installation: Deeply clean, degrease and fully dry yacht deck substrate to wipe off all wax residue; complete dry-fit test to check mat contour matching before tearing adhesive film.2. Environment Control: Keep construction temperature steadily at 15°C–35°C to guarantee sufficient adhesive cross-linking.3. Pasting Operation: Peel protective film gradually, press the whole mat tightly. Lay slowly on curved cockpit & swim platform surfaces to avoid EVA permanent deformation, then fully cure naturally without heating.4. Forbidden Surfaces: Never install mats on damp, moldy or loose yacht deck base materials. -
Usage Rules & Restrictions
1. Prohibited Operations: Avoid long-term seawater soaking and submersion. Separate EVA mat from strong acid, alkali, acetone and chemical solvents. Prevent sharp yacht hardware from piercing or cutting the foam.2. Usage Scope: This marine EVA mat is only for anti-slip decoration of yacht cockpit and swim platform decks, not applicable to hull load-bearing structural components.
