Our custom pre-cut EVA motorboat anti-skid mat is professionally designed for jet skis and motorboats, covering original cockpit and deck areas to upgrade onboard safety. Made of high-density closed-cell marine EVA, the mat is waterproof, salt-corrosion resistant and UV-proof, keeping stable performance during high-speed navigation and long-term outdoor use. The 6mm standard thickness offers comfortable foot feel and strong wear resistance, and customized thickness is supported. Multiple anti-slip textures are optional, including vertical grain, diamond and herringbone patterns. We provide black, light brown and over 20 custom marine colors, along with two-tone splicing and edge binding services. Processed by 1:1 scanning and CNC cutting with reserved holes, the mat fits motorboats perfectly and installs effortlessly.

Standard Installation Requirements

1. Pre-Installation: Clean, degrease and fully dry jet ski cockpit deck to clear all wax residues; conduct dry-fit test to check mat matching before peeling adhesive protective film.

2. Environment Control: Control construction temperature within the optimal range of 15°C–35°C to stabilize adhesive bonding on narrow curved jet ski hulls.

3. Pasting Operation: Peel protective film gently, attach mat and press every area firmly. Lay slowly on narrow curved jet ski footwell surfaces to avoid EVA deformation, then cure naturally completely.

4. Forbidden Surfaces: Do not install mats on damp, moldy or loose jet ski deck substrates.
Usage Rules & Restrictions

1. Prohibited Operations: Avoid prolonged seawater soaking and full submersion of jet ski mats. Keep EVA away from strong acid, alkali, acetone and chemical solvents. Prevent sharp water sports gear from piercing the mat layer.

2. Usage Scope: This EVA anti-slip mat is customized only for jet ski cockpit and footwell anti-slip decoration, not applicable for jet ski hull load-bearing structural parts.
