Standard Installation Requirements
- 1. Pre-Installation: Purify, degrease and fully dehydrate yacht deck base to eliminate residual wax film; finish dry-fit calibration to match yacht deck curved outlines.
- 2. Environment Control: Regulate construction temperature at 15°C–35°C to achieve anti-aging and stable bonding effect for yacht refit projects.
- 3. Pasting Operation: Remove protective film bit by bit and compress mat surfaces evenly. Slow laying on curved yacht hull panels avoids permanent EVA deformation, no forced drying allowed.
- 4. Forbidden Surfaces: Any wet, mold-infested and loose yacht deck substrates cannot be paved with anti-slip mats.
Usage Rules & Restrictions
- 1. Prohibited Operations: Avoid long-time full submersion in seawater. Keep yacht mats far from acid, alkali, acetone and organic solvents, prevent scratches by sharp ship construction tools.
- 2. Usage Scope: Marine EVA surfacing only applies to yacht cockpit and deck anti-slip decoration, no structural bearing performance, cannot be mounted on hull load-bearing components.
