Our custom EVA yacht deck flooring is designed to combine wet traction, comfort, durability, and visual appeal. The mats can be manufactured according to the exact dimensions of the required deck area, making them suitable for cockpit floors, swim platforms, steps, and walkways. Constructed from high-density closed-cell EVA foam, the flooring provides reliable slip resistance on wet surfaces and offers a comfortable cushioned feel underfoot.       Recommended Installation Practice

      1. Base Inspection: Thoroughly clean, degrease and dry the substrate, making sure that no wax film remains. Check the positioning through dry fitting before permanent attachment.
      2. Installation Conditions: Use the material at 15°C–35°C and avoid periods of extreme heat or elevated humidity.
      3. Application Technique: Remove the adhesive backing and press the flooring securely. On curved portions, install incrementally to reduce the risk of bubbles and deformation. Permit natural curing after placement.
      4. Substrate Limitations: Installation is unsuitable for damp, moldy, weak or peeling surfaces.

      · Avoided Conditions: Do not expose the product to prolonged complete immersion, corrosive chemicals, sharp scratching or heavy dragging abrasion.
      · Recommended Areas: Suitable for yacht decks, surfboards, fishing coolers and RV steps for anti‑slip and decorative purposes. It is not intended for load‑bearing or structural hull applications.
