Installation Preparation Requirements
1. Substrate Condition: Thoroughly clean and degrease the mounting area. Eliminate wax traces and make certain the surface is fully dry. Perform a preliminary fitting check.2. Environmental Range: The preferred installation temperature is 15°C–35°C. Avoid work in extreme heat or humid conditions.3. Adhesive Application: Peel the backing film and press the material securely onto the substrate. On curved areas, attach the flooring in stages to prevent trapped air and unwanted deformation. Allow natural air drying after installation.4. Prohibited Surfaces: Do not install on wet, moldy, flaking or poorly bonded surfaces. -
Usage Boundaries
· Avoid Improper Exposure: Continuous immersion, corrosive chemical contact, sharp‑edge scratching and severe dragging should be avoided.· Recommended Locations: Suitable for yacht decks, surfboards, fishing coolers and RV steps where an anti‑slip decorative finish is required. Not suitable for structural hull components.
