Standard Installation Requirements
1. Pre-Installation: Clear grease and wax thoroughly from yacht deck, fully dry the surface, and test dry fitting alignment before formal lamination.2. Environment Control: Maintain working temperature within 15°C to 35°C for stable long-term adhesion of backing glue.3. Pasting Operation: Strip protective liner piece by piece and compact every mat area evenly. Operate gently on curved yacht hull areas to stop mat warpage, reserve enough time for natural curing.4. Forbidden Surfaces: Laying is forbidden on wet, mildew-covered and structurally unstable yacht deck panels. -
Usage Rules & Restrictions
1. Prohibited Operations: Prolonged underwater soaking damages closed-cell EVA structure and shall be avoided. Keep mats away from corrosive reagents and prevent scratches from sharp yacht fishing tackles.2. Usage Scope: Custom pre-cut EVA flooring only serves yacht deck anti-slip decoration, without load-bearing capacity, cannot be mounted on any hull weight-bearing parts.
