Basic Fitting Requirements
1. Preparation of the Base: Clean and degrease the installation area thoroughly, removing any wax contamination. Ensure complete dryness and confirm the fit before adhesive application.2. Temperature Range: Maintain 15°C–35°C during installation. Excessively hot or humid environments should be avoided.3. Installation Process: Strip away the backing film and bond the pad firmly. Apply it section by section around curved surfaces to control air entrapment and deformation. Allow it to dry naturally afterward.4. Surface Conditions: Do not use on wet, mold‑contaminated, unstable or delaminating surfaces. -
Service Conditions
· Restricted Exposure: Avoid extended underwater immersion, corrosive chemicals, sharp scratches and intensive dragging friction.· Application Scope: Intended for yacht decks, surfboards, fishing coolers and RV steps for decorative and anti‑slip purposes. Not designed to support structural loads on hull components.
